The Heritage & Cultural Exchange is a community based organisation that aims to fully chronicle the heritage together with the cultural diversity of Tiger Bay and Cardiff Docklands and bring it to the world.

We have a significant collection of photographs, oral history recordings and much more that we are cataloguing and adding to this website so that all the material can be available to the public in due course.

Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to allow access to the original material at the present time.
